Rotation Investing:
At Lange Asset Management we've developed an investment process which
we like to call Rotation Investing. Rotation investing is a systematic process
that ranks mutual funds based on their recent performance.
This process allows us to quickly identify which funds are leaders and which
funds are laggards. If any of the funds in our portfolio are under performing
their peer group we rotate out of the under performing fund into a fund that is
currently performing.
This systematic process helps eliminate the emotion that is typically involved
in the decision making process, allowing us to make smarter investment
decisions especially during times when emotions are high.
